Got the new route off "molestrangler " this weekend , its a 65 ml route .
Lunch stop is the Manifold Inn , Hartington
I have all the info if anyone wants it . ie tomtom and Garmin files and a Tulip navigation pdf file . Not sure of the date yet .

Hi Steve , this was copied from the tiger site .
Giles and other members of EATOC are visiting Derbyshire again for a short run round some of the great countryside around here, all members of TOC are welcome to join in along with friends even if the do not own a Tiger (or a kit car for that matter).
The run will take place on Saturday 7th September but from a new starting point from the previous 5 years. This time we will be starting from the MacDonalds on the junction with the Derby outer ring road (A38) and the Ashbourne Road (A52) by Makeaton Park, there is an Esso filling station here also.
Meeting time will be 10.45 for an 11.15 start as the EATOC contingent have several hours travelling just to get to Derbyshire.
The run will go down the old roman road of Long Lane, skirting around Ashbourne before rising up to the top of the Strines - on a good day it is possible to see the radio telescope at Jodrell Bank from here.
A short run from here will take us to the Manifold Inn for lunch who offer a large menu with good prices. They will reserve part of their car park for us and reserve their conservatory for us to eat in, it can easily seat 25+ people although if the weather is as good as last year then there are plenty of seats and tables outside. After lunch we will be going down the Manifold Valley, through the old railway tunnel before heading back to Ashbourne and finishing where we started. The Derbyshire part of the run is about 65 miles and should finish for 15.30 - 16.00 as the EATOC members still have a lengthy trip home.

We meet up in a carpark in Knutsford last time and went from there .
From the carpark to Derby meeting point is 50 mls 1 hr 26 min ( google time )
So we need to leave knutsford at 9.00 - 9.15
Me and you could meet up at the poplars services on the M6 J20A and go from there to knutsford 15mins on M6 so thats 8.45 at the services .
