I have now booked the room and paid a deposit of £25 this can be split between us
just a matter of how many are going now 8 of us so far

It's a real shame you can't make it, However as the room can hold up to 40 people
if things change forany of you there will be a space for you to come along at the last minute

I've had a word with the landlord and he has said The options do not apply to us because we are a small party and we can order off the menu on the day.
So thats good we can have what we want!!
