What we could do is list all the places we think might do and then everyone do the route from their house and post the mileage . Then we could see if its central or not or near enough . Hows that for a plan Graham

You will never find anywhere that suits everyone, best to think off a place andcstick to it. Warrington is central from just about everywhere in the north west with good motorway links.

Thinking about it the most central place is going to be between the 2 people who live the most apart find that mid point and look for a good pub there .
( warrington is c**p for a location ) lets have a country pub .

Ade you and Steve are the furthest north and Darren lives in Crew Phil in Montgomery mid Wales Clive the furthest East Tony & me West Wrexham Paul Chester, Pete and Chris on the Wirrel draw a circle and the centre would be ?

OK OK if we are going in this area then have a look at the Vale Royal Abbey Arms Chester Rd, Oakmere, Cheshire CW8 2HB, United Kingdom
Its on the main routes and its near delamere forest if you fancy a blast through sometime .

G. that's 2 miles from the Cabbage Hall I showed in my earlier post and 4 miles from the Tigershead pub
so why don't we visit all of them and see which suits best.
