re lurkers.
sorry still lurking due to dvla being a bunch of bannana heads over my plates. took it to kirkham three weeks ago, for them to check my vin no, which they did in all of ten minuites.....guess what? got a letter christmas eve stating that upon the examining officers inspection,it has been decided to issue a q plate due to the fact that there was no visible vin no, and no stamped no on
one can only assume that they are not aware of the latest i.v.a regs.?. the funniest thing is they have used my vin no on the top of the letter,as a reference

still the same Dave what with xmas and so on and then this wonderful weather haven't had the money or time to get it looked at but hopefully when the snow clears will get it sorted,lets face it there's no hurry is there(too blinkin cold).
