Hi Clive. There is an ongoing thread on the Tiger forum at the moment regarding the radiator change. I did mine as have many others on the forum, the inlet and outlet are both on the same side with the Polo rad so you will have to play arround with hoses. I brought a new hose with multiple bends from Car Builder Solutions also a "T" piece to run hose to header tank from bottom hose into rad.On the Tiger rad there is a small diameter hose from botton centre of rad which is not there on Polo Rad. Not too difficult a job, just need to make up new brackets to hold rad and fan. Regards Mike

Hey Clive, it may be easier to have your existing rad repaired. I had one re-cored and painted once, looked like new afterwards, then you dont need to mess with any new fittings or hoses.

Clive. I think the total cost was circa £50 ish. I think my problem was that I had the original rad too solid mounted, with the flex in the chassis it twisted the rad. If you look at new cars the rads are "softly" mounted with bobbins etc. Whan I put the new rad in I made sure the mountings were flexible. Mike
