Hi Guys, Sunday 5th September.
I have been over to Hooton Kart track in Ellesmere port and this weekend they are holding the CKRC Grosvenor cup 8th round (in English very fast Kart racing). I know the owner of the track Bob and he has asked me to come along with the Tiger to show the young kids that race their that there is more to racing than just Formula One.
It would be nice for a few of us to go along and show our cars, there will also be some other vehicles going along with classic cars Farrari's etc. Bob is trying to make this into a show over the next few years and hoping this will expand into something bigger.
I will be having a chat with Bob over the next few days to see if he can let us have a free go on the track with the thunder Karts I will keep you posted on this but I think it could be a good day out!!
