hi all , just got a new piece of laminated glass for the screen ( £38.00 ) Cleaned out the channel on top of the scuttle and noticed that the old glass is not the same shape as the channel . used a cardboard template to get the profile and had the glass cut to it . Also used a piece of bike inner tube to go around the glass ,and a piece doubled over to go along the channel . Seems to hold it very well . I used tissue tape to hold the rubber in place around the glass . also I've made an aero screen from polycarbonate ( B&Q ) to fit my shortened arm supports so I can switch screens when the weather permits . will post pics soon . Graham

Glad the screen supports worked out, I'm hoping to get my brakes sorted this weekend so I can enjoy this fabulous October that they've promised !
