Picked up seats today , not a bad run down to Intatrim ,Telford .
Tried one in passenger side (without cutting the corner off ) . Think I will just tilt it back and support the front with wood ,i tried sitting in it seems ok .Should I fit plywood from the block to the rear position to support the seat ?

Passenger seat now fixed in place. New harnesses in also ,NICE . I used a block of wood under the seat to tilt it back, Tried drivers seat in and I'm not going to use the runners . with the seat back against the pigs ear I have enough leg room so wont gain anything with the runners . hope to get other seat in wed . Hi all , got both seats fixed into the car now and new harnesses bolted in . Will have to make a new nylon cover to go over the seats with pockets in to fit over the highback part and i will make it fit right over the back of the car so there is no joins . Similar to Mike's cover on his car .
Graham , bring on the dry weather !

They look well tidy, was going to go for JK Composite seats but I might hang on until I've seen yours in the flesh, I need mine to be a bit waterproof though with no roof

hi Tony how you doing , got them finished last sunday . They are just vinyl covered and a fiberglass seat base . Have you not got a cover to go over the seats ?

A cover is great when it's on at the right time- I always seem a bit late ! Is the bottom pad fixed or removable as that's the only bit I'm really bothered about.

The bottom pad is fixed at the front like a hinge and lifts up from the back it has velcro on the pad and a hairy material glued on the base to hold the pad in place . I'll do some pics to show you .Do you want a half cover so you can drive and cover the passenger seat if you get caught out by the rain ?

Sounds like it might work, I want something that I can take the pad off if I leave it parked up so it won't soak up any water. Have been thinking about some sort of tonneau that I can leave on while I'm driving.

Hi Graham/Tony, seat looks good, how do you like driving position now your knees are raised? I find it alot more comfortable. Tony I have a tonneu cover you can have, as I never use it now with high back seats, side screens, and roof. It is black with yellow piping, you could adapt it with a zip down the middle like Mike has done any way let me know . Clive

Hi Clive , I'm made up with the seats and the new belts , I think it will be alot better to drive and with me having the wheel release unit on, the wheel is higher up than normal so my knees are well clear of the wheel . I now have to make a new cover to go over the highbacks Cya soon G W
