:-/hi all. is anyone running on throttle bodies on a 2.1 pinto, i think im going to ditch my carbs, sick of trying to get them running right. i know its more of an expensive option, but what price can you put on piece of mind, and time waisted on tweeking, when you could be out driving, and every time it goes for mot i cringe when they start fidling to get emissions down. thats my excuse anyway.the annoying thing is the carbs have only done 500 miles.

Hi mate , I went from webers to bike carbs , have you thought about them ? Had a bit of messing about with needles and jets but got there in the end . If you get the R1 carbs then I think its alot easier . And with megajolt you can get a good setup which is a flexiable system to work on . Graham Uploaded with ImageShack.us

Remember with throttle bodies you need a return fuel line. swirl pot, extra fuel pump etc, adds quite a bit to the cost if you haven't already got them
