[glow=red,2,300][/glow] Oh Dear I think I'm going to loose my licence or blow up another engine. Collected my Super Six yesterday from Chester Sports Cars. Turns out with the last lay up I needed a little more work that anticipated. The clutch is what it went in for, this was replaced with a AP race clutch but I also needed a new starter motor and a few new pipes here and there so not too bad. That done it went off to AB Garage to have a rolling road session. The off the shelf original set up was done by Duncan at CSC, so on the first run the read out was 149bhp at the wheels after a little tinkering it finally came out at 161bhp at the wheels and the engine has less that 100 miles on it ;D This has been achieved with bike carbs and Megajolt timing a stage 3 head with semi race cams and a lightened and balanced fly wheel other than that the engine is standard from the factory Oh and ARP Bolts (a must this time no brainer) I will take it back to AB after about 1500mls once its loosened up AB reckon there may be another 10bhp to be had So I have to be a little careful me thinks roll on 2012 Happy Days!

Welcome To the forum Mpotter
That's a good result for a standard Zetec. how long have you had it?
