Looks like Sunday is going to be a nice day, anyone out for a run ?
Thought I might go up to the Ponderosa Cafe on the Horseshoe at LLangollen in the morning anyone else out or any other suggestions ?

Hi Mike
don't think i'll be able to make it this Sunday as i'm working.
Typical ,just had 18 days off ,.with crap weather and now back in work the bloody sun comes out.
Have just noticed on the westies site that they are out this Sunday they usually meet up with some of their members at the Ponderosa at about 10am ,friendly bunch i went out with them a couple of weeks ago had a great time, if you do see them say hello from me.

I'd have loved a run unfortunately I've been grubbing round
with Tiger's back end in bits all day trying to find a serious
sounding clunk that appeared yesterday !!
