cut all the pieces for the new manifold and have tack welded them together. Have to get spacing right when they are fully welded and then I can join them to the base plate .  Center pipes are a bit too long at the moment . But Its gone better than I thought , up to now   Graham |

Been very productive today , got all brackerts made ,fitted put all bits back on car , wish that NEW gasket had of turned up . Anyway it has all gone together as a trial fit .    Will try and get it all running for the weekend coming . Graham |

Had the car running today ( in the garage ) had to adjust the mixture screws to get correct setup all seems ok . I did have a problem with air getting in on the carb/manifold connection I could hear it popping , had to tighten the clips up really tight to seal the connection . So it just needs a good wash and a test run . Not sure when that will be with the weather , bl**dy summer Ha  Graham |
