Help, Drilling new cycle wings

Right i've just removed my old cycle wings and metal stays that were bonded on to my super 6.

Now what I want to know is what's the best way to mark the holes ready for fitting, as this is my job for tomorrow.

Tiger have informed me I have the new style with 2 fixings on inside edges.

Don't know about marking but when it comes to drilling the holes use
and old drill or reverse if it's a new one, gel coat cracks easily when a sharp bit grabs

Well, wings now fitted/bonded and aligned up. Next job is to take them off and get high gloss carbon wrapped to match my stone guards.
