Hi Clive I want to go over to Oldham on Saturday to have a look at some wheels at Wheelbase off J21 of the M60 I will be going over in the Tiger I spoke to Ade tonight about this and he said that if anyone wants to go over to his afterwards he will have the kettle on  he would like to meet us all then go for a spin what do you reckon Trev |

Hi Trev I went to wheelbase a couple of years ago, they have a large stock on display if they don't have the wheels you want, it means they haven't been made yet. Sounds good about going over to Sheffield and a run, but will let you know tomorrow after speaking with Sue. Clive

Clive Ive got it wrong Ade doesn't live in Sheffield
he's somewhere near Bolton I think not far from Wheelbase he is going to text me his address

Thats where I got mine from , they do deals wheels and tyres have a look at their website first .
I'm going to have a look at the Toyo R1R tyres next time .
Trev a few of the cars on the derby run last year had them on .

Graham I've done nothing but look at websites for the last 2 months and so me thinks it's time to see them in the flesh
you've probably noticed how much difficulty I've had making a decision
The R1R's look like a really good tyre and a bit cheaper than the 888's so that's a defo on the tyre choice.

Hi Trev you will be like a kid in a sweet shop. I am not far from wheelbase but i am working in the morning.
Pity you aren't heading to Sheffield its a nice run over the tops from Oldham through holmfirth, last of the summer wine country.

Hi Trev we have decided to have a run to Wales tomorrow it seems better weather than Sunday, good look with the wheel shopping. Would you not be better going in your van for the wheels, or are you doing a part exchange,I had 2 new tyres fitted today and with the balancing it took 1 hour, so if you are having 4 fitted and you have to choose them first I think you will be about 3 hours, so will see you next time  The last video I uploaded is now public. Hi all. I won't be out this weekend and MOT runs out next week, closely followed by insurance.
Need to get sorted so probably be a couple of weeks before I'm out again.

Great run out yesterday with Clive and Sue Stopped off at wheelbase in Oldham and met up with Clive and Sue I was like a kid in a sweet shop Still not 100% sure on which wheels to go for. Then a quick blatt over to see one of our newest members tigerade nice to put a face to a name and a bonus of making a very good cup of coffee Ad's the proud owner of a Super6 nice car Ade best model of Tiger feller (not that I'm biased at all) Ade just think once you have finished your decorating you Will be released to join us lol. then off for a spot of lunch Happy days Trev. flic.kr/p/m5vi9c |
