So after seeing Trevor and Clive on Saturday and talking seats, height and positions I decided today to take my drivers seat out and remove the adjustable runners. I really don't know why I never did this after buying it, lol. Anyway after trial fitting for positions, (my fault as I didn't take a measurement before I unbolted it) I'm now sitting lower by a good 40mm which doesn't sound a lot but it's made a huge difference as I can now see through the middle of the screen instead of looking in my line of sight at the top of the screen and frame. So its now ready to go back in tomorrow night after I've been to work and got some new bolts and nyloc nuts etc. As you can see in this pic its a lot higher than the passengers seat which had no runners, and how chunky the runners were. Not been cleaned under the seat for a while, lol

It will makes hell of a difference Ade not only to your eye line but also the clearance for the steering wheel to your legs well worth it
