Just been down to P of P car club site. The road in off the A49 is already very muddy and the area where we are to park is very, very wet and the run over the grass from the site road is very rough and wet. I have my doubts that we be able to drive from the site road to our pitch. I,ll go down in the morning 07.00ish to see the state of play. Our pitch is next Jags on one side and Audi sport on the other with the Westfields next to them. It will be interesting to see if the Westfields get to their pitch, I,ll post on here about 08.00 ish to let you know the state of play. I,ll try and get us moved to a dry spot if possible. You will definitly need waterproof foot wear as my shoes are already wet inside and muddy. I,ll post again 08.00 ish. Mike

Is it still raining there mike? Has the road already had a lot of traffic it on it? Getting worried about the normal carparks now, may have to come in the boring car

I could leave my Tiger at home and come in my 4x4 if it would help with stuck Tigers in the mud ??
Let me know before I set off in the morning.

Morning Mike More rain fell in the night, and the forecast for that area is 10:00 - Light Rain Shower 13:00 - Light Rain 16:00 - Sunny Intervals. Sorry to let you down after all the time and hard work you have put in, but I don't think it will be much fun in the Tiger. Regards Trevor

Gents/Ladies. Been down this morning and moved our pitch, we are now just a couple of yards off the estate road on the left hand side by a very large tree (only tree !). The NWATOC banner is up and I think Neil is already there (passes him going there as I was on my way home). Now off in the Tiger. Mike

mike had a great day saturday didn't quite need the oars!! some of the cars there were fantastic couldn't believe how quiet the veyron was on take off from the line. Good to see some new faces and all in all a good turn out considering the weather forecast. went again today(sunday)pushed my luck i think got absolutely drenched, parts of the road out, leading to main gate were flooded and rained nonstop all the way home, then 20mins later you wouldn't have known it had rained sun came out and skies turned blue
