Right chaps, I'm back from my hols this week so I shall be speaking to Laura @ Tiger Racing regarding these.

Hi all,
I have spoken to Laura today as I needed to order some new shock absorbers and whilst on thought I would ask about the hood bags and hey presto I now have one on order :-)
Laura is going to do mine in black with red piping round the ends and is also at the same time going to make me some half doors like the ones I ordered from softbits 3 months ago and have still not received or had responses from my 20 odd emails, so have sent them another email today for a refund.
Why did I not go to tiger / Laura straight away? (Leason learnt). She is also going to customise the half doors with my chosen red piping to match the hood bag.
She has also mentioned that if we want we could have the NWATOC logo on the ends?

Right chaps, I was going to wait until I had mine and was happy with it after the prototype stage etc. But as one has been ordered, here is some info from part of an email that Laura has sent me for everyone else to read. Can I just say chaps, if you do order one please tell Laura you are from the Forum etc Hi Adrian, Tiger can make for these for £50 Inc vat ... I am thinking of having the tiger head logo embroidered where the 6 is then the price will be £60 and then will suit all Tiger models. It is fixed with 2 studs on a strap around the roll bar and also a tab in the centre of tube that studs to chassis to stop it sliding when going around corners. And here's the prototype,   |

Good price but that is a massive bag. Ruins the look of the car in my opinion. The soft bits ones I have seen are so much smaller.
Why have they made it so big?

It was the prototype, I was meant to be getting one sent out to me for trial fit and make all the changes, you have to remember no one makes a hood bag for Tigers hence why I started working with Tiger to rectify this issue.
Also its around the same size as the Caterham's plus it was made to fit Tiger hoods with no issues or damage. If that hood bag was on an Avon or Cat E1 or XL it wouldn't look half as big.
Like I said, Super 6 and B6 etc have a very shallow depth load cover and anything will look big.
Soft bits hoodbag may look better or smaller but does a Tiger hood fit it with out ruining the rear window?
I myself would rather have one that isn't going to ruin my hood and has been made by the factory, tried and tested.
