What about shell petrol station then at haydock island? Then can continue onto m56
Shall we say meet at 10.40. Only about 10-15 mins to junction on m56

Right...cycle wings and mudflaps replaced. Bonnet re-secured, so bungee thrown away , aero screen straightened. I'm just wary about my clutch cable, as I still need a new proper, 2 pedal floor kit. So.....assuming it's still the plan, I'll meet you all in the Rossett car park used last year, prior to convoy ....about 12:15. If you're not using the car park, let me know!!

Hi Paul , was going to ask you , whats the route of the cable .
Is it a short cable that goes through the down pipes ?
does it have tight bends to the clutch fork ?

It's floor mounted, with just one bend to the fork...a gentle bend. It keeps snapping at the nipple on the pedal....which is nuts anyway....hence my need and search for a 2 pedal floor mounted, cable operated system.....

Just like to thank you all for your support today at the festival.
The weather wasn't brilliant at first but turned out nice in the end
however due to this the turn out today from the public was also low
so I don't think even with all our efforts we would of beaten last years takings
I will be putting the wining numbers up on the festival website
we managed to sell only 12 so we will see what sort of response we get from the tickets on line,
then I will let you all know when and where and IF the run will happen

The weather this morning was horrendous, it was bouncing but it turned out OK and well worth it to raise some money for the children's home, also we met Sam who Trev said was an old member, I thought he was quite young  and the Ladies Sue,Diane,and Jackie for spending all the money  we had some good banter and a laugh, and it didn't take long to pack away the gazebo,some pics of the day, Clive.  pic hosting temporary image hosting |
