New member making a quick introduction. Steve based in Haydock 5 mins from Junction 23 M6 Motorway. New to the kit car scene. . Previously focused on restoring classic cars, with a particular favourite of the Triumph Spitfire (restored x4) Bought a tiger avon chassis 16 months ago from eBay with the intention of a gradual build, and been slowly buying parts in anticipation of dropping the chassis down from the garage roof onto trestles and starting assembly. .

Hi Steve good to speak to you the other night on FB Welcome to the forum he we are a group of guy's that are very helpful it's a good place to come for support and advice when you are building a Tiger. There is loads of post on here but just ask if you can't find what your looking for and we will help you as best possible. As you will see there are a few members in your area so don't feel your on your own with your build and if you want to come out on a run with one of us let us know and we can arrange it i will text you when we are going on a blatt anything we can do to help you speed up the process of getting you on the road!! we are just starting up a pub meet so look out for the posts you are duly invited Welcome feller to the forum and DON'T BE A STRANGER  Trev. |

Hi Gents. Thanks for the warm welcome. I will definitely be asking for help and guidance when I start the build.. I am not in the car restoration business it was always just a hobby, but got fed up of welding, cutting out rust and snapping rusty bolts.. Ha. ... But always willing to help anyone out if they need a helping hand. Looking forward to joining you for a pint and hopefully might bump into some of you at Stoneleigh at the weekend.. I will give you an update soon on what parts I have secured and for discussion ~ what I am planning on buying next.
