How do I do it - Google Map

I,ve been playing with Google Map and produced a "Route Map" as well as "direction"
How do I copy the Route Map part onto this Forum?. On the top right hand side there are three icons Print Send Link. Do I use one of there ? and how do I do it.
I know it is possible as I have seen it on another forum, easily understood instructions would be most appreciated.

I think I now have cracked it !!
I didnt realise that you can imput multiple destinations ie
LLangollen to Ruthin to Cerrig y Drydion to etc,etc, to get a circular route.

Just done the above - now I know how to do it !

The reason this cropped up was because I was trying to work out the route for a Sunday run.
